Your customer will receive an email from your business asking them to take a quick 2 question survey.
QUESTION 1: “Tell us about your experience.”
QUESTION 2: “On a scale of 1-10, how likely would you be to refer us to a friend or colleague?”.
If your customer answers 9 or 10 to the second question, they will then be asked to review your business on your social media websites like Google+, Yelp, Facebook and other review websites.
If they answer 1-8, then they will be asked how you could have done a better job and thanked for their time. They will not be asked to leave reviews online.
The idea is to only ask those people that are willing to refer your business to leave online reviews.
