Caroline Corson - Onboarding Manager

Caroline Corson

Onboarding Manager

When a new client says “yes” to Third Marble, Caroline Corson is one of the people making sure

everything that happens next goes according to plan.

As an Onboarding Manager, Caroline takes new clients from that initial handoff from sales into

the early stages of their Third Marble journey. She gathers and organizes their information, gets

everything entered correctly into the system, coordinates the first steps of their campaigns, and

makes sure the right departments have what they need to get moving. In short, she’s part

organizer, part traffic controller, and part professional first impression.

Caroline has been with Third Marble for more than four years, and since joining the Client

Onboarding Department in 2023, she has onboarded 372 new clients. She especially enjoys

working with Third Marble’s White Label agency partners. After onboarding dozens of clients for

the same agency, those relationships tend to evolve into something a little more personal —

they start to feel less like clients and more like trusted coworkers who just happen to work

somewhere else.

Caroline’s approach is straightforward: be transparent, communicate clearly, and don’t make

people wonder what’s happening next. She knows that digital advertising is a significant

investment for a business, so she genuinely wants clients to get the best results possible. One

of her favorite parts of the job is watching the agencies she works with grow, bring on new

clients, and build their own businesses along the way.

Originally from somewhere between “all over the Southeast” and wherever life happened to take

her next, Caroline now lives in a small town outside Huntsville, Alabama. When she’s not

keeping client onboarding on track, she enjoys arts and crafts — particularly when the finished

product is something made for her kiddo.

She’s also a competitive USTA tennis player, so Caroline is no stranger to preparation,

persistence, and the occasional battle over whether a ball was actually in. Her philosophy at

work is much the same as her approach to improvement on the court: make small changes

every day and let them add up to something bigger.

After 372 clients, countless handoffs, and more than a few tennis matches, Caroline knows that

the little things matter. A smooth start, a clear answer, or one small improvement can make a

surprisingly big difference.
