Keeping things organized is one of Chelsea Ciucci’s many talents, and with a one-year-old, a husband, a career, and roughly 20 pets at home, she’s clearly had plenty of practice!
As an Account Manager at Third Marble Marketing, Chelsea serves as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them better understand their digital marketing options and find opportunities to grow their businesses online. From helping clients understand their Google Ads and SEO strategies to keeping communication flowing and making sure things stay on track, Chelsea brings a thoughtful, organized, and people-first approach to every relationship. She knows that running a small business comes with enough challenges, and she’s happy to help make the marketing side of things a little less overwhelming.
Chelsea came to Third Marble with a background in customer service, having worked in everything from retail management to healthcare administration. Along the way, she gained experience managing employees, working with patient accounts, and, perhaps most importantly, learning how to work with all kinds of people. Those experiences helped shape the approachable, client-focused style she brings to her role today.
One of the things Chelsea appreciates most about Third Marble is the personal, one-on-one attention the company gives its clients. She loves that the team helps small businesses navigate the sometimes confusing world of Google Ads and SEO, especially in a digital landscape that can sometimes feel like it's built to favor the biggest companies. At Third Marble, Chelsea believes small business owners deserve the opportunity to compete, grow, succeed, and having real people in their corner can make all the difference.
Her days usually start with catching up on emails, making a very satisfying to-do list, and preparing for client meetings. Of course, there's always the possibility that the day's carefully crafted list will grow into a whole new list for the rest of the week. Organization is important, but Chelsea knows that flexibility is just as valuable, especially when working with clients whose needs and priorities can change from day to day.
Chelsea was born and raised in the Chesterfield, Virginia, area. Her family moved out of state a few times while she was growing up, but they always seemed to find their way back to Chesterfield. It's where she eventually met her husband, Jason, and now she's happily raising her own little family here, including their one-year-old son.
When Chelsea isn't working, you'll likely find her reading, spending time with her family, or cheering on her favorite baseball team. Her household is also home to a small menagerie of dogs, cats, and assorted reptiles. Clearly, Chelsea doesn't believe in doing anything halfway when it comes to family!
And there's one more fun connection Chelsea has to Third Marble: her husband, Jason, works here, too! So when Chelsea says Third Marble feels welcoming and close-knit, she really means it. She loves being part of a team where people know each other, look out for one another, and are always willing to lend a hand.
Now that she's stepped into Account Management, Chelsea is excited to continue building her digital marketing knowledge and strengthening relationships with clients. She enjoys learning new things, tackling challenges, and finding ways to make the client experience a positive one. Whether she's helping a client work toward their goals, supporting her teammates, or keeping her ever-growing to-do list in check, Chelsea brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to her work that she brings to her busy life at home, one organized to-do list at a time.
