Keeping things organized is one of Chelsea Ciucci’s many talents — and with a one-year-old, a husband, a career, and roughly 20 pets at home, she’s clearly had plenty of practice!

As a member of the Client Onboarding Team at Third Marble Marketing, Chelsea helps make sure new clients get off to a smooth start. She works behind the scenes to gather account access, set up client accounts, and make sure everything is in place before handing them off to their dedicated Account Manager. Her goal is to keep the process moving efficiently so clients can spend less time worrying about the setup and more time looking forward to what comes next.

Chelsea came to Third Marble with a background in customer service, having worked in everything from retail management to healthcare administration. Along the way, she gained experience managing employees, working with patient accounts, and—perhaps most importantly, learning how to work with all kinds of people. She brings that same people-first approach to her work with Third Marble clients.

One of the things Chelsea appreciates most about Third Marble is the personal, one-on-one attention the company gives its clients. She loves that the team helps small businesses navigate the sometimes confusing world of Google Ads and SEO, especially in a digital landscape that can sometimes feel like it's built to favor the biggest companies. At Third Marble, Chelsea knows that the small business owner deserves a chance to compete—and having real people there to help makes a difference.

Her days usually start with catching up on emails, making a very satisfying to-do list, and preparing for any client meetings on the calendar. Of course, there's always the possibility that the day's carefully crafted list will grow into a whole new list for the rest of the week. Organization is important, but Chelsea has learned that flexibility is just as valuable.

Chelsea was born and raised in the Chesterfield, Virginia, area. Her family moved out of state a few times while she was growing up, but they always seemed to find their way back to Chesterfield. It's where she eventually met her husband, and now she's happily raising her own little family here, including their one-year-old son.

When Chelsea isn't working, you'll likely find her reading, spending time with her family, or cheering on the baseball team. Her household is also home to a small menagerie of animals—roughly 20 pets ranging from dogs and cats to assorted reptiles. Clearly, Chelsea doesn't believe in doing anything halfway when it comes to family!

And there's one more fun connection Chelsea has to Third Marble: her husband, Jason, works here too! So when Chelsea says Third Marble feels welcoming and close-knit, she really means it. She loves being part of a team where people know each other, look out for one another, and are always willing to lend a hand.

Chelsea is currently learning more about Google Ads and hopes to eventually move into Account Management, where she can take what she's learning and use it to support clients even more. For now, she's focused on doing good work, helping her teammates, making her family proud, and taking on each new challenge one organized to-do list at a time.
